To change your background image, just upload it in the appearance tab. To change the inner background (wooden) change the center image. Banner and sidebar images will automatically resize to fit the theme. You have the option of infinite scroll and to upload your own cursor.

My themes may look different in customize mode, but i assure you in live view they are fine for all browsers (unless your screen dimentions are significantly smaller/larger you may need to adjust)
